Before Investing, We Tested: Does RunVenture Truly Work for Runners?

We had a great idea, and a prototype, but would real runners actually enjoy using it? To find out, we tested RunVenture with 5 participants, watching how they navigated the app and listening to their feedback. Their insights helped me spot what worked, what felt confusing, and what needed improvement. Based on their experience, made key changes to ensure the app felt intuitive, engaging, and worth coming back to.
